Welcome to the team! Congrats for being approved to our research program! We had a good number of students who applied for this program and you stood out. Congratulations for that! You are welcome to our group and we expect that you give value to this research opportunity and that you make your experience in Boston as valuable as you can, not just for you, but to USP and Harvard communities!
We are here to build the research program we want for today and for the future! For that intent, you are now part of a team that values transparency, good communication, respect and is eager for results!
Our year in Boston is not a bed of roses. You will find snags in doing research, performing repetitive procedures, coming to the lab in weird times. Laboratories are different and so are the experiences. What we expect from you? That you be a force of change, communicate and act to improve the program and to create opportunities for the students yet to come.
